I have over 15 years of experience designing exercises and workout plans that re-think fitness as many know it today. I've studied the muscular dynamics of the human body and challenged myself to develop exercises that yield the most effective results as efficiently as possible. In addition, I've developed a strong nutritional foundation and a clear understanding that exercise and nutrition are not mutually exclusive. I am nationally certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am CPR certified with the American Heart Association.
When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy yoga, snow skiing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, running or sitting down to read a good book. While I was in college I became an amateur weight lifter and continued focusing on designing progressive exercises and challenging workout routines. In addition to my fitness experience, I have a degree in Finance from the University of Florida and I have worked as a mutual fund analyst, financial advisor and most recently as an executive benefits consultant. However, my time is now completely dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness goals.
Living a healthy lifestyle is the key to having the body you want. Live a healthy lifestyle and everything else will fall into place...literally. A healthy lifestyle embodies two parts: (1) Food Selection and (2) Exercise. Only when one is making healthy food selections on a daily basis and exercising regularly, will results exceed expectations. Over the years I have "re-thought" fitness and health to produce cutting-edge exercises, workouts and nutritional counseling that shape the body into it's ideal form.
